I celebrated by eating lamingtons and listening to the Triple J Hottest 100 Countdown. :) Over 1.5 million votes registered this year, woohoo!
Of the ten tracks I voted for, five were in the countdown, with another eleven - from my 'short list' of 40ish - also making an appearance.
In no surprise to anyone, Macklemore's Thrift Shop was No. 1.
This is the reason I don't chase some spiders out of the house...
(Hah hah! Take that, wasp!)
