Penny and I went to see The Hobbit this afternoon.
Second time around it was just as exciting plus I was able to pick out more details, like the texture of Gandalf's cloak, and his faaaabulous silvery scarf! Also, there was Bilbo's adorable patchwork dressing gown and his lovely waistcoats. :)
You can say what you like about the elves - I do! - but they use the best fabrics, and goodness, weren't Saruman's robes rich yet understated, the show off. Hmph.
I don't have many love songs* in my music but this is currently on high rotation. I sing along with it, especially when I'm driving; it makes me smile.
[* Of the 700+ songs on my 'phone there is 28 in the 'Torture' playlist. :) ]
